A Three-Day Writing, Movement & Mythic Self-Discovery Experience with Valley Haggard

The I Am: Archetype Activation Retreat is a sacred, soul-stirring immersion into the many selves that live within you. Through a rich blend of intuitive writing, conscious movement, energy work, and ritual play, we’ll call forth the fierce, the tender, the wild, the wise - the archetypes that have shaped your life story and those who are still waiting to emerge.

Rather than thinking of this as just another retreat, think of this as the cocoon to embrace who you are becoming, a remembering of who you’ve always been. 

Held in an intimate circle of 6 kindred seekers and guided by Valley Haggard, with the support of a gentle assistant, we’ll gather in a beautiful, nature-based space to unbind, unravel, and reawaken.

Over the course of 3 days, we’ll explore:

• The past: Meeting and releasing the archetypes you’ve outgrown
  
  
• The present: Embodying the energies guiding you now
  
  
• The future: Inviting the archetypes ready to lead you in your becoming
  
  

We’ll dance with our ancient inner archetypes. We’ll write our true nature. We’ll sing, laugh, cry, create altars and cast spells with our words. You’ll be witnessed, held, and invited to fully step into the YOU that’s been quietly waiting to be reclaimed.

This retreat is for anyone in transition - anyone standing at the threshold of change or rebirth. You don’t need to know who you are when you arrive. You just need the courage to show up.

Payment: A $400 deposit is required to hold your space, but payment plans may be created as needed. Payments should be made in full by 07/05/25. Please email hello@valleyhaggard.com for assistance. 

Provided Meals: Saturday: Lunch and Dinner. Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch + Dinner. Monday: Breakfast.

Cancellation Policy: The $400 deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations on or before July 1, 2025, will receive a full refund minus the deposit if we are able to fill your space. Cancellations after July 1, 2025, are nonrefundable. Email hello@valleyhaggard for more information or assistance.

No previous writing, movement, or ritual experience is needed - just a willing heart and a curious spirit.

Bring a journal, your favorite writing tools, and any sacred items you’d like to place on our communal altar.
